You can change your test date as many times as you like. DVSA does not cap the number of changes.
DVSA charges £10 every time you change your test date via gov.uk or by phone.
You must give at least 3 clear working days notice. Miss this and you lose your full booking fee.
Swap dates with another learner — no DVSA change fee. Both learners call DVSA to update their own booking.
DVSA does not limit how many times you can change your test date. You can change it once a week if needed. Each change costs £10.
You must change at least 3 clear working days before your test. "Clear" means the day of the test and the day you change do not count. If your test is on Friday, you must change by Monday at the latest.
Cancel or change within 3 working days and DVSA will not refund your booking fee (£62 for a car test). The £10 change fee is separate.
